What is Viken kollektivterminaler?
Viken kollektivterminaler FKF (VKT) is a county municipal enterprise in Viken. VKT represents the entry and exit of journeys. Our community mission lies within operation, management, construction and development of public transport infrastructure, currently divided into several areas of responsibility in Akershus, as well as Oslo Bus Terminal and Aker Brygge ferry terminal for the Nesodden ferry. The social mission
Our community mission lies in the operation, management, construction and development of public transport infrastructure in Akershus, and some in Oslo (Oslo Bus terminal and Aker Brygge ferry terminal for Nesoddfergen).
If you travel by public transport, you meet VKT at the entrance and exit of the journey. We are responsible for the bus stop along the county road where you wait for the bus, or the ferry terminal and quay where you disembark. The waiting area, the information, the playhouse. The cafe, the toilet, the bicycle parking. The bench you sit on, the rubbish bin next to it and the entrance car park where you put down your electric scooter to go on the bus.
We work in a user-oriented way, with travelers and public transport operators as end users of our services. We work to provide the best possible overall experience when traveling by public transport, and to facilitate, so that as many people as possible can choose to travel by public transport.
